just to add, that, in 2016-up, the early Ares-1 will be used for
manned Orion launches (also since Orion will have NO cargo version,
scrapped two years ago) then, a new (Ares-1 or Ares-5 based) cargo
vehicle, could be available not earlier than 2018-2022...
