Default Astro: Observatory pics

A lot cleaner horizon than I have here in the north woods! At 13 feet
you are a heck of a lot lower than me however and farther from the
beach. That just grazing land around you? Appears to be mostly sand.

How bad are the Corpus Christi lights? You aren't all that far from it.
South East looks really dark. The ocean may really calm seeing.
What's the floor size? I kept mine as small as possible for a 2 scope
setup to lessen snow load on the roof, 8x15 feet. There's 2.5 feet of
snow on it right now.

Pier looks a bit low for the walls, or the walls high, though if your
seeing below 20 degrees is as bad as mine that's a zone of avoidance
anyway. I built mine so when the roof closes and the scope is
horizontal there's 1" of clearance. Came out at 3/4" so I hit it pretty
close. Even so I can't get all that low with the walls 4 feet from the
pier to the south. With trees there I can't cut due to DNR shoreline
rules (I can top them to prevent them from going higher but can't
shorten them -- laws aren't meant to make sense) that was the best I
could do anyway. I'm thinking of bringing in a few beaver however.

Correct domain name is arvig and it is net not com. Prefix is correct.
Third character is a zero rather than a capital "Oh".
