Here's one page (from a very cool site -- even if you're sick of
"graphical representations" you might enjoy these: truncate the link
to the domain name to get the menu frame) that gives some approximate
formulas, with a downloadable spreadsheet:

A single expression for an exact calculation, which usually involves
determining the Sun's hour-angle at mean solar noon on each date of
interest, would be very unwieldy; it's much more convenient to work
through it in stages.
