I believe that David has security clearance issues that prevent him
from updating the information. That does not limit him from expressing
the opinion that the wiki needs updating. He's probably more
qualified than anyone in this discussion to make that determination.

There is public information in that UAV article that needs to be
updated. My professional circumstances do not permit me to do that. OK?
