If so, your opinion that the wiki should be updated cannot be
well-founded either..

I believe that David has security clearance issues that prevent him
from updating the information. That does not limit him from
expressing
the opinion that the wiki needs updating. He's probably more
qualified
than anyone in this discussion to make that determination.

If that information is classified, then Wikipedia is hardly supposed
to be updated with it.
