Moving clocks run slowly as judged from the stationary system, but they run FAST as judged from the moving system (according to special relativity):

That is,

"Moving clocks run slowly as judged from the stationary system"

is a valid prediction of special relativity whereas

"Moving clocks run slowly"

is non sequitur. Accordingly,

is also non sequitur.
