Default Special Relativity as a theory of gravity...

The ticket to gravitation is gravitational time dilation. Space can
curve as much as it wants. As long as there is no gravitational time
dilation, there is no gravity. If space is flat, gravity can still
exist if gravitational time dilation is manifested. shrug
