There is a brand new paper: http://arxiv.org/abs/1603.08338 on the
subjects of Primordial Black Holes as candidates for the merger that
led to LIGO's detection of gravitational waves, and of PBHs as dark
matter candidates.

Clearly not the last word on these subjects, but interesting.
