Well yes however....

It is not illegal for a private company to donate a prize to a charity or
public organization that holds a lottery as a fund raiser. Happens all the time.

That prize could be a ticket for two to ride on a Virgin Galactic excursion.

Would not raise funds directly for VG, but great publicity (read free
advertising) for them.
