Default other planets that have lightning bolts-- do they have plate tectonics ?? do the experiment with electric motor and also Faradays first electric motor is this the Oersted experiment writ large on the size of continental plates

I was searching to see if other planets and satellites have lightning
bolts and found out Io, Europa, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn. I found this
picture on this website:

But if Mars long time ago had oceans it probably had lightning bolts
and plate tectonics. So I suspect that the patterns on Earth of its
continents are somewhat vaguely present on Mars but we just have not
assembled that data.
