Just a quick question. I keep seeing references claiming you are
someone called 'Alexa' or 'Andrea', is that who you are?

Quite. Which is why I asked.

who is not paid to post to Usenet.

It's certain that there are people
who are paid to *read* usenet.
These would be doubtless FBI/CIA/NSA or
other alphabet agencies.

No one is paid to *post* to usenet, or more correctly, no one is paid
for the
act of posting to usenet. There'd be no point, even if you were in the
business
of swaying opinion. Not enough Joe Public in here to be worth the
trouble.

Now there *are* many usenet users who are being
paid *whilst* posting to usenet, ie they are at work and their jobs are
such that
they use newsgroups as a resource. This is mostly professional IT
personnel and scientific types (such as are in this group) and these are
for
the most part very down to earth practical people. Me for instance.
I'm an
IT professional and I'm most definitely getting paid whilst I am writing
this, (I also
do it from home on my own time - but it's part of my job to help
facilitate
educational and scientific communication, so I'm here on the schools $
as well.)

Remember that usenet began not as an audience for kooks and spammers,
but as
a discussion medium for scientists and academics in their professional
lives.
Some newsgroups (like this one) still exist for that purpose and posting
your
pseudo science here is not only off topic but guarantees you entry into
numerous
kill files, as most of us simply aren't interested in discussing your
wild claims *in this
forum* which is *specifically* for the science of Astronomy, not
political barrow pushing
or wild claims of conspiracies and suppression of alternate energy
technology.
Frankly, I couldn't think of a worse place to try and put your wild
ideas across, because no one here
will believe any part of what you are spouting. I have seen quite lucid
and
technical explanations (the ongoing babble about hydrogen being a case
in point)
from people with considerable scientific background and expertise
dismissed offhand
because it doesn't agree with your untrained tunnel vision views.
In short, take it somewhere else where you might find a receptive
audience, because
there isn't one in here.

You also seem to have the strange notion that anything you post here
will have some
kind of effect on the real world and that you are 'making a difference'
of some
kind by posting your wild claims.
You also have the equally bizarre notion that your diatribes are
sufficiently important
to warrant 'disinformation agents' to come in here and dismiss your
claims.
Nothing you write is important enough to matter to anyone, anywhere. If
it were, you
would be dead. Simple as that. You would have had a fatal car accident
or something.
The mere fact you are here and posting unmolested is because you and
your opinions
are of no importance. It doesn't matter what you say, or where you say
it, your wild
claims are just that and no one cares.
The only way you will be subject to intervention by the FBI or whoever
is if you make
what they consider to be a bona-fide threat against (say) the President
or some other
apparently genuine threat to carry out illegal activity, publish
*genuine* classified information
(not the bogus flying saucer crap), genuine information on the care and
feeding of WMD,
or in some other way convince them that you are a terrorist threat.
Otherwise you will be ignored as if you were simply another conspiracy
theory kook

Bear in mind also that it's very likely the majority of non professional
internet
users who *might* be minded to believe some of these wild claims have
never heard
of usenet or newsgroups, or only in the vaguest way. You aren't
reaching the right
audience, *especially* in any newsgroup beginning with sci. You might
try
posting in alt.fan.art-bell, I believe there are a lot of kindred
spirits in there.

To do that would require a phone tap and a way to verify the identity

of the
person at the keyboard typing who is posting to Usenet. In other

words, to
identify a Usenet poster would not only require the ability to tap

their
phone but require some way to be able to see into their house or

monitor
their particular brain wave pattern in order to identify the person

posting
through the wire tap to Usenet.

Whatever. You didn't answer my question. Is their assertion that this
is
who you are true, or not? Simple, direct question. No evasion please.

Are you capable of a simple, direct answer?
