I never said otherwise. I am talking about time dilation, which is well
understood and accepted. From the point of view of an inertial observer
the time taken for the journey will be distance/speed (so it might be
several years to reach the nearest stars, ~200,000 years to cross the
Milky Way, 2.5 million years to Andromeda, etc.). But the time
experienced by the travelers who are moving near light speed can be
dramatically less, to the point that one could cross billions of light
years in what seemed decades.

So, physics actually does allow for travel anywhere in the universe
within a reasonable time (from the point of view of the traveler).
