To manipulate imaging in order to promote a pivoting circle of illumination is criminal and especially as it is done through the space agency.

You can see Eastern Africa throughout, they are simply keeping North at the top of each image, which is not "manipulating" anything.

Indeed, if they kept the circle of illumination horizontal, do you know what the sequence would show?
