Default Halton Arp and co ?

Hi,

In the frame of studies of galactic interactions, especilaly the variation
of Z between close and distant DSO, one of the famous researcher is of
course your dear Halton Arp whose worked where strongly attacked by Latham
and others, with reasons.But...

But is there some other astronomers (or teams) involved in the resolution of
these "enigmas", e.g. very serious studies supported by the community of
astronomers (I 'd say the "normal thinkers") showing distinctly a variation
of Z along the "interacting arm" or confirming real anomalies thanks to
specific techniques, or even explanations in electromagnetic terms as we
know that EM could affect propagation of light (raman, creil, etc).

Thanks for your lights.

Regards,

Thierry
