God almighty - READ THE DAMNED SUBJECT LINE!
The entire (as in "sole," "solitary," "unitary," "only") issue is the
comment of the first poster to which I responded to the effect that only
"normal" people could follow the discussion.
If the subject is the Apollo Project gas system (and it is - see above),
why the hell do you have to consider "localizations"? The standard
Imperial system units in U.S. aerospace practice at the time are very
well understood.
