HOW the boosters crossed.

Look, all I've ever asked of JTM is that he take a few moments to
explain his theory and provide at least some minimal evidence.
Evidently, he considers being asked for explanations to be "abusive."
For the life of me, I don't know why that is. But I do know that it
makes it essentially impossible figure out his reasoning.
