Nice image Adriano. I only did some piggyback imaging with film, never
through a real scope.
I started with CCD straight away in 1996...

Here's an image of the Sword of Orion taken with an 8" f/4.5 newtonian.
I stacked 3 exposures; 15, 15, & 25 minutes. Kodak Royal Gold 400.
Taken from Mt. Pinos, CA. January 8, 1999.
Thought I'd rescan some old negs and see how they come out.
