Einstein's 1905 second fraud was ASYMMETRIC time dilation - the moving clock is slow, the stationary one is fast:

That was non sequitur. His two postulates entail SYMMETRIC time dilation - either clock is slow as judged from the other clock's system (or either clock is fast as judged from its own system):
