China is apparently in negotiations with the EU about 'sharing' a

The whole worlds water supply is becoming contaminated by tritium.
On what world is that? Certainly not this one.
Water is there on the moon supposedly. In cavities near the moon's south pole. So mining water does have a value.
Don't be silly. Just how much are you willing to pay for a pint of
'Moon water'?
Low gravity manufacturing might also be of value. Things like vapor deposition would have a gravity effect. Good or bad.
You seem confused. The question was not "what use would such a base
be".
A lunar transmitter or receiver might be usable. Lasers or RF.
Too much time lag.
Moon silicon would likely have no unique value.
Why?
The probability of mineable surfaces should equal the earth mine distribution.
No. There are no ore forming processes on the Moon.
What new element might be there though? You have to look.
Now you're just being silly.
