The whole worlds water supply is becoming contaminated by tritium. Water is there on the moon supposedly. In cavities near the moon's south pole. So mining water does have a value.

Low gravity manufacturing might also be of value. Things like vapor deposition would have a gravity effect. Good or bad.

A lunar transmitter or receiver might be usable. Lasers or RF.

Moon silicon would likely have no unique value.

The probability of mineable surfaces should equal the earth mine distribution.

What new element might be there though? You have to look.
