I heard a North Korea interest in a moon base. It seems that uranium
enrichment is trivial in low gravity. Pure Brownian motion diffusion. They
like the design of an orbital lab, but would need China to send it up. So
diplomatic containers to the moon and back make a good cover for them.


Are you serious? Despite so many other issues, the last thing China wants is
a nuclear armed North Korea.


You would certainly think so, but look at the case of Pakistan.
