Default The seasons

Watching the changing seasons on Uranus and applying the lessons to
the Earth is truly enjoyable in this era with modern time lapse
footage availible -

The unique ingredients, such as the unique rotational orientation and
the Equatorial rings allows an astronomer to seperate axial and
orbital motions and look at each seperately and with ease.

The change in the orientation of the Equatorial ring with respect to
the central Sun is an incredible means to modify the reasoning
Copernicu applied to the explanation for the seasons -

"..the equator and the earth's axis must be understood to have a
variable inclination. For if they stayed at a constant angle, and were
affected exclusively by the motion of the center, no inequality of
days and nights would be observed." Copernicus Chapter 11 De
Revolutionibus

The new orbital component allows a better explanation for the
variations in the natural noon cycle given that the change in orbital
orientation with respect to the Sun combines with axial rotation to
cause the determination of natural noon to vary, the orbitalorientation
change in accordance with Kepler's view causes the variation.

This is one of these things which can be enjoyed openly and all
because of that magnifient planet -Uranus.
