Default Mass and energy equivalence.

Mass is a substance that all subatomic particles are built of, hence, mass bits are building blocks for all matter in the universe. To support this statement, I found no written reference to indicate otherwise. What that means, is that the theory of mass and energy equivalence cannot be true, because, in the atomic nucleus system protons and neutrons, both of which are built of close to equal sums of mass. The proton’s mass has a plus charge but the neutron is a neutral component having no energy charge. Therefore, the neutron’s mass is not related to the mass and energy equivalence, and can exist as a substance of the neutral mass.
