Only if CEV weighs 50,000 pounds. It should weigh much less
than that.


Yes, I understand. But the Sietzen article forecasts a launch vehicle
an order of magnitude more powerful than EELV. EELV-Heavy is in the
50,000 lbs. payload range, so doesn't that imply a launch vehicle with
half a million pounds payload?

However, upon further consideration, he's probably thinking of ~20,000
lbs. EELV-Mediums, which do rise an order to SDV proportions.
