Nothing there that talks about weather effects. It merely defines the
scale.

Since there have been 6 and 7 eruptions in recorded history, whatever
effect they have on "world wide weather conditions" is known, minor,
and transient.

All the nuclear weapons in the world are not enough to create 'Nuclear
Winter', by the way. The authors cheated the numbers.
