Maybe NASA contracts shouldn't be to large defense industry corporations
that have a majority of their income from the DOD?

The DOD waste mentality has bled on over to NASA even though you appear to
be blind to it based upon your bias.


There is now, and never was a difference in mentality, except during
Apollo, when the goal really seemed important.
