The goal is 5 years, but that's surely aspirational (as are all SpaceX
goals initially). So 2025 to 2028 would be more reasonable

They wouldn't say how much cash Yusaku Maezawa is putting up for this,
but it's apparently substantial and will have a definite impact on
BFR/BFS development.
