I thought DC-X was completely destroyed on its last flight due to one of
its landing legs not deploying (ground processing error which left a
pneumatic line disconnected, or something like that)?
What exactly do they think they're "restoring"?

magically make space launch cheaper is nonsense -- LOX is much cheaper
than advanced airbreathing engines, and so are the tanks to put it in
and the extra thrust to carry it." - Henry Spencer
