Hmm, that's disappointing.

It wasn't clear to me whether the plan was faulty ("hope" that
Hayabusa is descending at the time that it releases Minerva), or
whether there was a more subtle malfunction.

Anyway, I'm still hoping that Hayabusa manages to complete its sample
return.
