I stated in my posts that the two laws give the same results for the 9 major planets, not for anything else.
Only if all had been circular orbits.
Calculate it and you will see.
The two formulas work for all eccentricities.
This is rather a symptom than a statement.
A centripetal force NEVER changes the speed of bodies
as it changes only the velocity direction.
This is in STRONG disagreement with observations.
