Default StarDust or EarthDirt?

StarDust or EarthDirt?

Would extremely small pieces of Stardust impact somewhere within the
aerogel? 10,100,1000,... atoms, at some point it would miss the aerogel
for a little while and impact somewhere in it's interior. I would expect
that the impact craters within the aerogel would go the full range of
sizes.

From large fragments,

down zero, or really small.

so these might be reasonable pieces of stardust.

Or, EarthDirt. Do they have before pictures to compare to the after
pictures? The before pictures would show how much contamination is within
the Aerogel.
