Get the first stage range right, launch from south Texas, over the Gulf
of Mexico to Florida. Refuel, and, with no second stage or payload, fly
it back to Texas.


From the video released yesterday, the plan is to use three of the nine
engines to head back to KSC with the final landing being done on the
center engine.
