I suggest you read the footer on that page: It's the only NEO with a
*minimum possible* distance less than Earth's radius. That is, a hit is
not yet ruled out. However, the most likely ('nominal') miss distance is
30 times the distance of the moon. Since the orbit is based on only 35
observations, chances are that it will be rrued out pretty soon.
We've seen this happen a number of times by now ...
If you switch to the impact risk page, 2003 XJ7 is not even in the list.
