I'd have to agree that other intelligent life should have existed on
other planets, and it's unlikely such other life would be as snookered
and as summarily dumbfounded as are the vast majority of souls on this
global warming and seriously polluted Earth.

For certain those wise old martians sure as hell didn't bother coming
over to such an icy Earth that clearly wasn't all that end-user
friendly, as further proof, there's hardly the intelligence worth of a
hocus-pocus moon rock to being had, and even that much is in doubt.

I have no doubts that once upon a time when that core of Mars wasn't a
ball of ice, and it still had a bit of a working magnetosphere under
it's belt, and perhaps at the very least 0.1 bar of atmosphere to work
with, if not originally offering something Titan like, whereas other
intelligent life (obviously a whole lot smarter than anything on Earth)
should have existed/coexisted on Mars. Why the heck not?

Just because Mars has been down the tubes for the past billion or so
years isn't to say that it never hosted intelligent life, just that is
seriously sucks as of today.
