There are many other artificial features which are obvious at this level of
detail. The question of civilisation on Mars has been answered; the new
question is now: where did they go?
They sure as hell didn't come to Earth, as there's hardly the
intelligence worth of a hocus-pocus moon rock to being had, and even
that much is in doubt.

I have no doubts that once upon a time when that core of Mars wasn't
ice, and it still had a bit of a working magnetosphere under it's belt,
and at the very least 0.1 bar of atmosphere to work with, that other
intelligent life (a whole lot smarter than anything on Earth) should
have existed/coexisted on Mars. Why the heck not?
