VIDEO PNN ON KERN SCALE of 22 January 2019
The video of the display of a Kern scale sensitive to 1/100 of a gram is transmitted through fiber optics to a computer:
http://www.asps.it/SA59.mpg
The video is that of a prototype with cart (F432) pnn that weighs 3197.17 grams (including support brackets) and arrives to weigh 3196.93 grams in the boost state SA that is upward, in about 62 seconds.

The mass decrease (actually decreasing of EPV energy) is about 240 milligrams in about 62 seconds at PNN engines in ON state ....
But the non-Newtonian inertial acceleration also continues with the engine switched off after the 62 seconds ... seems to have changed its physical state in an environment that is totally newtonian .... We need to wait longer because the whole system remaining in OFF state returns Newtonian.
