Unlikely. Since all shuttle flights are going to ISS
now, there will be a forced spacing between missions
to simplify supply logistics and to match crew
transfers.

And there aren't many missions left.


If the Hubble Servicing Mission is restored, I'd wager we'll see both
pads occupied so that the next ISS mission can be on standby to rescue
the HST Servicing Shuttle, if needed.
