Undermining capitalism is the exact opposite of mining
metals on the asteroids. Why is this? This is so because
mining asteroids is more involved with the righteousness
of a near-perfect scientific practice than it is with
cynical dirty politics. We are still a nation of God-fearing
people that must lead by example, NOT by politics that form
power monopolies. Power monopolies violate the checks and
balances and separation of powers. (ref. Federalist paper
#63, written over 220 years ago).

Politics that form power monopolies also violate the true
meaning of a practicing SENATE, in that the SENATE were
ELECTED in order to protect and correct the country from
demagogues, the power-hungry, and/or the artfully misrepre-
sented. These kinds of tyrannical practices MUST become
counterbalanced (e.g. "checks and balances") by an
economic system that should have the foresight and ability
to prevent the monopolization of a more free market system.

In forming a balance to the huge "porkulus" bailout
of government, it must be concluded that these maneuvers
by our bureaucracy are indeed anti-capitalist. As such,
it is the exact opposite of the systems that should become
utilized to put into practice the industrialization of
space, systems that would depend upon incentives through
tax cuts on things like R&D for rad-free nuclear propulsion,
heavy industrial incentive for cheaper earth-to-orbit
technology, and the mass production of orbital and trans-
orbital SH2 from the disassociation of H2O into either
H (+) monatomic ions, hydride ions, or H2 molecules.


Hydrogen Mining Using Cracked H2O from Moons & Asteroids
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

270 nm UV photons can split H2 molecules into monotomic
hydrogen. Mining "dark matter" [1] as solid hydrogen can
form a strategic marketing tool for mining the asteroids
for metals. Way stations on the path to, or situated in
proximity to the orbital trajectories of the NEA Atens
could serve as refueling depots for both mining and cargo expeditions.
Some of the energies that can become liber-
ated by the solid-hydrogen associations are listed
as follows:

H2 = H + H -- delta H = 440 kJ mol^-1 = 220 kJ gm^-1
2H2 = H3(+) + H -- delta H = 1300 kJ mol^-1 = 330 kJ gm^-1
3H2 = H3(+) + H3 -- delta H = 1300 kJ mol^-1 = 210 kJ gm^-1
3H2 = 2H2(+) + 2H(-) -- delta H = 3300 kJ mol^-1 = 550 kJ gm^-1
5H2 = 2H2(+) + 2H3(-) - delta H = 3300 kJ mol^-1 = 330 kJ gm^-1

By comparison, dynamite yields only 4.4 kJ gm^-1, and
hydrogen/oxygen fuel yields only 16.2 kJ gm^-1.

If we assume an average energy density for the hydrogen
reactions of 330 kJ g^-1, then this represents an energy
yield which is 20X that of fuel and 50X that of dynamite!

Interplanetary SH2 can become mined from asteroidal
processed ice crystal, planetary moon ice crystal, and
cracked into SH2, as well as monatomic hydrogen.

The "pellets" manufactured in these facilities are comparable
to ones that could be used in an SH2 pulsed propulsion design,

These are the designs that could be incorporated into
an asteroid/moon low-g slush facility, as well to double
as part of the technology for an asteroid mining facility.


Conclusion
-----------------

More government does not mean a stronger economy. The
stock market has spiraled downward nearly 1000 points
since B. O. took office. The Euro is currently being
fractured, and international investors are yanking their
capital out of American markets when asked to conform
to some bureaucratic requirement for accepting
bailout funds.

Gas and oil producers have been asked to keep their
gas taxes up in order to receive stimulus from the
government, therefore prices at the pump will continue
to rise due to limiting supply, as well as stifle small
businesses that depend on various kinds of shipping
with their product lines.

B. O.'s plan is a threat to abolish Reagan conservatism,
while impugning those who speak out against those who
love American potential - potential without onerous
taxes, overregulation, and way too much government.

The key to providing a healthy economy is through the
implementation of certain R & D TARGETED TAX CUTS -
TARGETED on things that would help NOT TO DESTROY,
BUT TO CREATE the incentive for a heavy industrial
presence in space. Most all of our representatives in
Congress and the Senate are enacting legislation that
is based purely on spin, hype, and focus groups that
are carefully chosen not to go "outside the box" of
the socialist agenda of the B. O. administration.

Many of these people will lose their part of the
stimulus if they speak out against the porkulus being
propogated by the rest of the "echoplexed" administration.

Those who oppose CERTAIN R & D TARGETED TAX CUTS in
these areas are the power-hungry tyrants who are currently
involved with opposing and destroying the free-market
system that would become involved with GROWING the
INDUSTRIAL BASE OF THE ECONOMY BOTH IN AND OUTSIDE
OF EARTH ORBIT.

OVERLEGISLATING MINUTIA by burdening current industrial
scientific practice with environmentalism, TORT law,
and overtaxation FORCES America's porkulus-free to con-
clude that the bureaucracy becomes an automatically op-
pressive dictatorship when scientific tinkersmanship
gets suppressed.

The spirit that enjoins entrepreneurialism with certain
scientific methodologies requires the spiritual, social,
and legal presence for long-term intuitive and investi-
gative potential in order to continue to propogate our
species extraterrestially.

Abortion-on-demand, cloning, and entitlement programs
will oppress and dilute our true potential as a space-
faring nation.
