A lovely 47F here. Cloudy, but not raining. No wind. Last night it
felt unseasonally warm. Great for sleeping in the park! I didn't
even have to cover my head. Now that the Canadian Honkers are
spending time at the duck pond, I have to watch my step! Anywhere
along the path they choose to wander, they leave plentiful deposits to
step in! Too bad such great birds are such polluters. Yesterday I
spent the afternoon at the Fred Meyer Store food court. There was no
Internet access there. But their prices are better than Safeway or
Haggen. Saw the Mexican girl still out waving here mattress store
sign and said hi to her. Don't get to see her anymore since I have
stopped walking to the library. She used to give me chewing gum, and
I gave her candy. The nighttime temperature is supposed to get more
chilly again in coming nights, but the daytime highs will still be in
the high forties. A lot better than the snow and ice!


Way to look at that 700,000,000.000 for the rich will be used as bonus
money to get through the next 15 years of a greatest great depression of
humankind. * * * * Even bush came up with depression in his news
conference.

Half billion dollar Florida school cut to make sure
Florida children are left behind. Florida schools have a low budget even
in good time. Lotto money is not going into education. *School built in
1936 about to be torn down,and would make things very difficult for
children until the new school is built. Woman ask her commissioner this
"Why not keep the school until a new one is built?" *He had a stupid
grin and just walked off camera. He by the way double dips like all
Florida officials. *Its no wonder Florida has won the honor as being the
