Default Giant gas planets and how they gathered their gas at formation

I can also recommend the book. It's small enough to be easily read, but the
contents are pretty heavy going. I stop and think about the ideas a lot.
I've been through it a few times, and gain a little more each time. I'm
also trying to gain some understanding of the 'particle zoo', which I've
been keenly interested in through the news, but am getting much better
understanding from the recorded Cal Tech lectures I've come by.

I can recommend "A Brief History of Time".
