Default The Milky Way - What Is Its Current de Vaucouleurs Classification?

I'm looking for sources, other than the ones that turn up on Google et
al, of the most up-to-date information (size, mass, number of stars,
etc.) on our galaxy. One thing that I'm particularly interested in is
its current de Vaucouleurs classification, especially in light of the
recent Spitzer Space Telescope data, which is not peer reviewed, that
indicates that the Milky Way has two major spiral arms.

So is the Milky Way still considered to be a SB(rs)bc II barred spiral
or is there a newer classification?
