You may tryo to get or inspect the old USAF Lunar Atlas Charts.
They have contours and spot elecations and were made as aprt of the
preparation for the Apollo missions. A slimmed version of this atlas
was issued by the London Tomes in book form.
BS The planetarynames site is a very good resource for craters
BS and most mares!
BS However for rilles and lineations, the supplied 'radius' also
BS for all other features than craters is not very useful
BS when using in a GIS drawing application!
BS
BS Anyway, thanks for the links,

BS Looking for a (GIS) database of lunar features.
BS Locations of craters, mares, highland areas, rilles,
BS rays etc.
BS Mainly any freely available on the net.
BS
BS Any level of sophistication of database of interest.
BS As it is to be used in a custom made computer program,
BS it need not to convert to any specific standard.
BS Location coordinates, (+height), radius (crater),
BS type of feature, could do.
BS
BS Would also be interested in the same for the Earth and
BS Mars. Other planets, other solar system bodies could also be of
BS interest.
BS
BS Regards,
BS Bjørn Sørheim
