Yes, please, do it for yourself, even if you don't care what Swen is doing
to the bandwidth at large.

And if you don't already have one, you'll thank yourself if you download,
install and use a utility like MailWasher Pro from Firetrust -
http://www.firetrust.com/ - which allows you to blacklist incoming email
(and then automatically bounce and delete all blacklisted email).
