You know, I was thinking about this today. Who is the Congress critter
for Rosamond? Seems to me that if it was brought to their office's
attention that a disabled and honorably discharged veteran was being
abused this way that they might be able to pull the right strings and
apprehend the punk, particularly if the punk(s) is a U.S. citizen.


That's a start...but lets face it, the coward who does this probbaly has his
cyber tracks covered.
