Hi All,
A heads up for a great talk for all those living "up North", or who fancy
travelling on the day.
It has been organised by the Wests Yorkshire AS, and contact details for
tickets etc are given below.
There was a similar evening with Charile Duke (Apollo 16), a year or so ago
which was excellent and was attended by about 600 people. A crowd of us
from the York AS went and thouroughly enjoyed it. We were able to ask
questions, chat and shake hands with Mr Duke afterwards and get our books
and photos signed, etc. My 6 year old son was very excited to shake the
hand of one of the few "Moon walkers" left. I can definitely recommend
making the effort to get to Pontefract for this special event.
