WHat's occurred is that you had no basis for your flames against NASA
management at the time you made them and that you hope that by ignoring my
question it will go away. In fact, it will go away when you answer it. As
you were told beforehand, the CAIB report won't answer the question, and you
have yet to cite any part of it. You've *named* it, as if that would be
enough. That indicates that you either don't have the intelligence to
understand the question, or you know that you didn't have dick when you
started flaming NASA management.
