Consider a remote pulsar at rest wrt Earth and emitting regular pulses towards
Earth. Almost behind Earth is planet B, moving at 0.1 c away from the pulsar.
Are you going to tell me that the pulses which strike Earth's edge are
traveling at an entirely different speed from the ones that just miss the edge
and are moving at 'c' wrt planet B?
