No, no, not *that* kind of love energy. Cosmic love energy, that
promotes unselfish love for one's fellow human being: agape, not eros.

So they would be beaming rays at earth to attune us to a higher
vibratory level so we wouldn't have wars. It's sort of their Prime
Directive; they can only interfere with our civilization in ways that
don't work.

There is in fact quite a serious point here GOOGLE! If we had better
understanding wars could be prevented. When we have a wired up world,
which I don't think will be very long now, it will be possiblt to
influence human behaviour via the Web. If ET is on the Web ........
Google is collecting an enormous amount of information about us. This
is both a threat and an opportunity. It means of course that socially
responsible behaviour is an imperative for Google.

On demand television will be television in its digital form. This is
why the Cuban régime cannot survive Radio Reloj (you can do an FFT at
interstellar distances as other contributors have said). If fact Raoal
Castro (like Richard Cromwell before him) may not want to be a great
dictator. Richard told Charles II that he just wanted too be a country
squire, not a great dictator like dad.
