The first two postulates of IRT are exactly the same as SR. Therefore it is
valid to convert the SR equations for Doppler shifts into IRT equations. The
conversion factors are as follows:
relative velocity = v = Lambda(F_a - F_b)
c = F_aa(Lambda)
gamma = F_aa/F_ab
1/gamma = F_ab/F_aa

Easy they are converted from SR Doppler shift equations.

So why bother using your theory if all you do is copy and paste from
SR?
