I've managed to avoid most of a TV movie called "Apollo 11" that seems
to bring in a lot of imaginary crises.
You can just imagine the discussion after "Apollo 13" came out.
"What can we do - Apollo 14 ?"
"Which was the first landing ?"
long pause
"Apollo 11"
"But nothing happened"
"So ?"

The end of "Max Q" probably qualifies, when they land on a freeway.
